What to prepare before asking for a label quote

Prepare the product photos, the use environment, the label dimensions, the quantity per design and the delivery requirement first. If the material is not settled, you can talk it through with the physical product — there is no need to guess the material name.

InformationWhy it needs to be clear
Where it goesGive the packaging material, shape and surface condition, so the application conditions can be judged.
How it is usedDescribe the actual conditions: temperature change, contact with water or oil, friction and cleaning.
How many designsList the size and quantity of each design separately, which makes layout, sampling and quoting easier to discuss.
How it is appliedState whether the labels are applied by hand or by machine; for machine application, also give the label output and roll material requirements.
How far the artwork has gotDistinguish between existing artwork, artwork that needs layout changes, and artwork that has to be designed from scratch.
This page is a preparation and communication note for buyers; the actual material and in-use performance follow the samples and tests confirmed by both sides.

Start with one label and talk about your product.

Bring your use case, dimensions and quantity, and we will work out a better label approach together.
