Reordering and revising labels: keep one reliable confirmation record

Before reordering, check the approved artwork, material, process and quantity against the order number. Any revision creates a new version, so purchasing, design and production all work from the same file.

Build a product and version mapping

Give every label design an internal name or number, linked to the packaging specification, size, approved artwork, sample and order. Different languages, capacities and formulations are managed separately.

Confirm each change item by item

Changes to product information, barcode, size, packaging surface, material and finishing should each be recorded separately. Even when the appearance does not change, a change of packaging material or labelling equipment still needs a fresh assessment.

Plan the replenishment before you run out

Record stock, expected usage and the date you want delivery, then confirm the batch and production arrangements with your account contact. Whether regular replenishment can be scheduled, and how it is settled, follows what is actually agreed.
