Who receives and uses the information
Qingdao Zhushang Packaging Co., Ltd. uses this information to handle label enquiries. Receiving and enquiry email: sd532@126.com.
What information is needed
Industry, name, contact details and requirement description are required; quantity and product direction are optional. The system also records the submission time, source page, enquiry reference, notification and follow-up status, so the enquiry can be handled afterwards. Please do not enter sensitive information unrelated to the enquiry in the form.
How it is handled
Once it is live, enquiries are first stored on the website server and then sent to the designated business email. Authorised business owners can view, export and update the follow-up status. Form information is not used for public display and is not added directly to marketing mailings.
Retention and cleanup
The website enquiry database is planned to keep enquiries for 180 days, after which maintenance staff carry out the cleanup. Information that has entered an order or an ongoing business relationship is managed separately under the agreement between both sides. Mailbox copies and exported files are managed in parallel by the owner; cleaning the database does not automatically delete these copies.
Access, correction or withdrawal of an enquiry
Please contact us at sd532@126.com, stating the enquiry reference and your request. The operator will check the necessary details before acting on it. Closing the web page does not withdraw an enquiry that has already been saved successfully.
Preview status
While online enquiry is not open, the form does not send any data. Clicking “write in your email client” only opens the mail application; whether to send is your decision.
