Pack a sample first, then confirm the box structure and die lines.
Provide the physical product or a complete list of dimensions, weight and accessories, and state whether it is a single unit, a set or a gift combination. Discuss the structure against the real placement and handling actions, then confirm the sample before moving on to artwork and volume planning.
| Packaging direction | Key questions | Information to prepare |
|---|---|---|
| Product colour box | Whether the specification matches the product, and whether it is easy to handle | Product dimensions, quantity, wording and barcode |
| Combination gift box | How the set sits together, inner tray space and how it feels to carry | The physical items, total weight and reference appearance |
| Shipping carton | Carton specification, contents, closure and transport conditions | Packing list, weight, transport and inspection requirements |
Put the label and the box artwork on one confirmation sheet.
Match the product name, specification, language, barcode, main colour and artwork version item by item. Check colour rendering across materials against physical samples together; where different delivery batches are needed, state quantity and date separately for each.
Four things to confirm before quoting.
- Whether the box type, dimensions, internal fitting and quantity are clear.
- Whether board material, surface finish, inner tray and other accessories are included.
- How design, proofing, production, packing and freight costs are itemised.
- How sample approval, bulk delivery and acceptance criteria are agreed.
For special contact, transport protection or certification requirements, please provide the project conditions and the documents needed, and they will be verified and confirmed by our team; this page does not replace specific performance evidence.
