04 / HOME CARE

From repeated handling to everyday use, keep the label requirement close to the real scene.

Labels for detergents, cleaning products and household chemicals have to be assessed against bottle squeezing and contact with water and the product inside. Packaging boxes and promotional sets should be organised together by weight, packing quantity and identification requirements.

Suitable for: detergent, household cleaning, daily chemical brands and promotional set buyers

01 / YOUR CHALLENGES

These are worth resolving before you order.

01

Does the label appearance change after contact with water or the product inside?

State the liquids that may come into contact, how the contact happens and for how long, and agree how the physical sample will be observed; a general "waterproof" claim does not replace a specific requirement.

02

Does the label edge change after a large bottle is squeezed?

Provide the bottle material, the curve and the handling action, and verify adhesion and appearance on the actual pack.

03

The set specification changes and the outer box and label cannot keep up?

Manage artwork by single-bottle volume, number of units per set and promotional version, and confirm the marking and the space inside the box separately.

02 / LABELS & PACKAGING

Labels and packaging boxes, in one brief.

Bottle and refill pack labels

Discuss material and label size against pack flexibility, handling action and the contact environment.

Promotional set boxes and shipping outer boxes

Confirm weight, packing quantity, sealing method and handling method, then discuss the box format and the sample inspection.

Materials, processes, order quantity and lead time are assessed against your actual requirement; confirm the applicable samples and the scope we can take on before scheduling production.

03 / WORK WITH ZHUSHANG

Work with Zhushang to bring the requirement down to detail.

Ask about the use conditions first

Put water, detergent contact and squeezing actions into the requirement sheet, so materials can be discussed against the actual problem.

One set of information for the combined pack

Confirm volume, quantity, wording and version for the single item and the set separately, to reduce mix-ups.

Compare quotations on the same specification

List labels, outer boxes and batch quantities separately, so the scope of the enquiry is clearer.

Does a water-resistant label necessarily resist detergents?

That cannot be inferred. Water and the actual product inside have different contact conditions, so the real scene has to be provided and confirmed by the matching sample inspection.

Can refill pouches and rigid bottles use the same label?

A matching print design is not enough to judge this. The surface, flexibility and handling action of the two packs must be assessed separately.

When is the box format for a promotional set settled?

Confirm the products packed in, the quantity, the placement and the weight first, complete a packed sample and the necessary handling checks, then confirm the structure and the production schedule.

05 / START YOUR BRIEF

Bring these three kinds of information,
and start a concrete discussion.

You can submit what you have now and mark undecided items “to be confirmed”.
